Just golf , fresh air, questionable swings, healthy competition and the standard family disagreement… because no family day out is complete without one 😂⛳️

Spending time outside with the boys reminded me that fitness isn't always in the gym.

I didn't expect a home workout app to change my mindset like this 👀❤️

Home workouts were actually where my fitness journey began. Since joining the gym, I've loved lifting weights, but I do workout at home still too! has reminded me that fitness doesn't have to be one dimensional.

Today I joined live at for an epic bodyweight HIIT session 🔥

The energy was incredible, the workout definitely pushed me, and somehow I even ended up on stage 👀😂

Proof that fitness doesn't have to be all or nothing. Just keep showing up ❤️

They said lifting weights would make me look manly... 👀

Instead it made me stronger.
More confident.
More resilient.
More energetic.
And more comfortable in my own skin ❤️
