👀👀Self Care
We read about it all the time!!
Self care used to be hairdressers ...makeup done ....hours doing my pedi and mani 🤣🤣
BUT NOW....
With a toddler....Self care looks a little different....it doesn't have to take hours ....its simple ....clean...cruelty free, vegan, organic, award winning products from Tropic and 20 minutes if I'm lucky!!
I broke out in a few spots so products used are
- NEW HORIZONS blemish-clearing mask ( Blue)
- COMFORT FOOD deep hydration mask ( Cream)
Whilst in Bath I used
- RINSE AND RETREAT sensitive body wash...mainly because of the Tamanu in it and I knew Mila would be joining me at some point so it gentle enough for her skin too
New Product for me was trying the Hair range out
-CLARIFYING HAIR WASH
-NOURISHING HAIR CLEANSER ( very impressed ...the smell was devine whilst using and feels great )
And then once out a bit of Elixir Oil
- ELIXIR radiance-boosting omega oil
-Lip Love ( as I don't go anywhere with out it...even bed)
To finish off treated myself to my Pudsey PJs early as it always nice to have new pjs...Mila is matching
