We are organising a week packed full of fun and set ourselves the challenge of 10 days to complete a total of 3,065,145 meters through swim, cycle, walk, run and raising funds to help support our swimmers experience an abroad training camp 2026

Completed the KCR refreshers course yesterday. Doing this course was the best decision and I can't thank Jane enough for everything 🥰today I decided that I would test what I learned on my Dad, this is his Leg length difference before and after treatment (1cm difference 😍)

It's been a year since we said our goodbyes. Not a day goes by that we dont think of you. Hugh you were the rose amongst the flames, the person everyone could talk to. You could make us tell you everything that was going on without having to say a word. You had this magic about you that help touch so many and change so many lives. This image was a sign to me, letting me know that you are still hear keeping an eye on us 💙 Hugh you were 1 in a million ⚘🌷💙💙 Jane we send love and hugs and are always here for you 💞

Today, I had the privilege of celebrating the life of this Incredible Man. Hugh Gilbert (founder and creator of KCR) was a true inspiration and touched many hearts.

Hugh you will always be remembered through KCR and every day life. Jane the KCR family will always be here for you.

Hugh will forever be within our most treasured memories ❤

Last night the world lost one of the most important, inspiring, intelligent and strongest man, who touched so many hearts and changed so many lives.

Hugh, you were an inspiration to all and a massive part in everyone's lives. Words can't describe the numbness and heartache. Jane we are so sorry for your loss, Hugh will forever be in our thoughts and some of our most treasured memories.

Hugh Gilbert, founder of Kinetic Chain Release (KCR), thank you for being the best mentor and for all the guidance you have given both professionally and personally. Swim-IT will always remember such a true sole! Rest In Peace ❤️❤️❤️❤️
