Do you ever notice yourself clenching your jaw without even realising? Or waking up in the morning with a headache even when you've not been on the wine the night before?

Stress and busy days often show up in ways we wouldn't imagine and for a lot of people this can present with teeth and jaw clenching, leaving the jaw, temples and forehead feeling tight. It's something that can be really hard to find relief from and manage.

It’s something so many people experience, especially when life feels full and stressful.

Facial treatments are not only a great way to manage stress in general but they are particularly good when it comes to providing much needed relief to jaw clenching. My facial treatments include gentle massage techniques designed to help release tension in the face, jaw and temples. While offering your nervous system a chance to relax can help reduce unconscious clenching, especially if it’s stress-related.
