2026 sees big changes for our family with my eldest starting school, and the increase in childcare also provides a good opportunity to build my business. Today got me thinking about just what has happened in life since my business started and maybe just a little reminder to be a bit kinder to myself. Social media is amazing but it also makes it easy to compare yourself to other businesses. But all paths are different, and you just have to stick with what is right for you ❤️

I am so excited to be offering massage taster sessions on my first week based at Peace thru yoga studio. These appointments will be available on the 20th and 24th of March only, from 9.30am to 9pm. These appointments are a great way to try out a massage with me and can be customised to any issues or aches and pains that you have.

February availability has not been released yet as I need some reflexology models!! I am so excited for this, I have no idea how I kept it quiet for so long. Model appointments will start from the week beginning 9th February and it will be £35 for a 60 minute treatment. Appointments will include a thorough consultation, treatment, good bag and a voucher for future treatments. Please message for more info and to book in, as this is not on the booking system yet. ❤️
