🌟 Announcement: Changes Ahead 🌟

After careful consideration, I will be closing one of my treatment rooms. As of 25th May I will no longer have the use of room 3. When arriving for treatments please only press the buzzer with the Cherry Blossom Beauty sticker. This will also mean I won't have anywhere for you to wait to please arrive promptly at treatment time.

This decision wasn't made lightly as my business has grown so much over the years, but I believe that moving down to one room will mean that I can streamline my services, enhance the quality of my treatments further and invest back into my business.

While it may seem like a step back, I see it as a leap forward and hope you will too.

New to waxing or an irregular waxer & want to be smooth for summer?... Start now!

✨ Just because you wax doesn't mean it'll be smooth first time, it can take between 3-6 treatments to achieve smooth results as hairs will be in different stages of growth cycles.
✨ I’d advise you leave hairs for about 3 weeks from last hair removal e.g shaving, epilation or hair removal creams.
✨ Exfoliate a few days before your treatment.
✨ Consistency is key! For the best results with waxing, don't shave in between treatments.
✨ Book a wax every 4-6 weeks depending on hair growth.

Alongside my new policy, I’d like to remind my clients about cancellations.

I’m very lucky to be so busy by all of you, but I do need to remind you about the need to change appointments in a timely manner.

I’ve also put up my loss of profits on cancelled appointments so you can really see the impact this has on me & my business.

I really do try my best to keep everyone happy & of course I understand when emergencies happen, but the amount of late cancellations recently has forced me to implement this policy as it has a devastating knock on effect for me & for others who may wish to book.

Thank you for understanding & your continued loyalty.

NEW POLICY 🆕

I am a one-man-band and (quite literally) have my hands full for the majority of the time. I’m very lucky that I am very busy with a fantastic group of clients, however, recently I’ve had a string of last minute cancellations and even worse, no-shows. This really hurts my business as another client could have taken that spot and the loss of income for me is really difficult.

Please be aware that this updated policy will take place from today. This includes a 50% charge if cancelled within 48 hours and 100% charge if cancelled within 24 hours. A payment link will be sent for the charge to be met. You will not be able to book back in if this charge isn’t paid within 48 hours and all future appointments will be cancelled. I will hold appointments for 15 minutes, but if you are later than this you will be charged 100%. I will always do what I can to accommodate, but I cannot always do so due to other appointments.

It’s such a shame I’ve had to implement this and put it into place, but I hope you can all understand why I need to do this in order to protect my income.
