Not a post we wanted to make, but unfortunately with the rise in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, we now have to enforce a cancellation policy.

We fully understand that things come up and plans change, and this will always be at the barber’s discretion. We’re all human at the end of the day.

That said, this has started happening with some clients on more than just the odd occasion. When an appointment is missed or cancelled last minute, it’s lost income for us and a slot that someone else could have taken.

We appreciate everyone who respects our time and supports the shop. Thanks for your understanding 🤝
