In a recent discussion, Rhonda Patrick highlights something the research keeps reinforcing - Omega-3 fatty acids play a major role in slowing biological ageing processes.

Most people think they’re protected when they have applied their SPF, but small daily mistakes add up and accelerate skin damage.
Here’s what could be going wrong:
Mistake 1: Not using enough SPF. You need around half a teaspoon for the face, most people apply far less.
Mistake 2: Not reapplying. SPF breaks down after about two hours outdoors, so it needs topping up.
Mistake 3: Relying on SPF in makeup. It’s not enough on its own, you still need a dedicated sunscreen underneath.
Mistake 4: Only wearing SPF in summer. UVA rays are present year-round, even through clouds and windows.

my skin used to make me feel like I had no control over it. breakouts, inflammation and constant dryness.
