This patient felt her top lip "disappeared" a little when she smiled and that her smile revealed more gum than she would have liked.

She felt self-conscious about this and wanted to explore if an aesthetic treatment might be able to help.

During our consultation we discussed the options and together decided to add a small amount of Botox to the muscles involved in the smile process.

We were both really pleased with the outcome which has subtly revealed a little more upper lip and also reduced the amount of gum seen when smiling.
