This client initially came in wanting a facial. After assessing her skin and going through everything she was currently using, it was clear her skin barrier needed support first.
We reviewed her full routine and removed products and devices that were likely contributing to irritation and dehydration.
Instead of jumping straight into treatment, we focused on correcting her skincare and protecting the barrier.
These progress photos show the improvement that can happen when the skin is supported properly first.
Treatments absolutely have their place, but they work far better when the skin is healthy enough to respond to them. Sometimes the best thing you can do for your skin is strip things back and get the basics right. ✨🧴

As we come to the end of the year, I just want to take a moment to say thank you.
Your loyalty over the past year genuinely means more to me than I can put into words.
The trust you place in me and the faith you have in my work is something I never take lightly, and I’m hugely grateful for every appointment booked, every recommendation made, and every conversation had on the bed.
I also want to say a heartfelt thank you for your generosity this Christmas — the cards, gifts, drinks and tips were incredibly kind and very much appreciated. They honestly meant a lot.
I’m really looking forward to moving into 2026 with you all and I’m excited to be introducing a new and refreshed treatment list in the new year, with even more focus on results-driven, skin-led treatments.
