Mark has spent over 15 years competing in Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai. Mark has decided it was time to share the knowledge and the experience he has gained throughout his journey in conditioning, fitness, and nutrition.

Mark has had the privilege of training a 3-time Muay Thai World Champion and earned himself a Black Belt in Freestyle Kickboxing. He has also competed in the kickboxing British Open, developing the mindset, discipline, and work ethic needed to perform at the highest level.
He specialises in strength and conditioning, combat fitness, and plant-based nutrition, helping clients fuel their bodies for performance, recovery, and long-term health.

Marks goal is to help others improve their fitness, build confidence, develop strength, and achieve lasting results. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced athlete. Every session is designed to push you safely, effectively, and with purpose.
