WORKING ON CM Sports Massage- Natural Solutions Healthcare FOR EXTREME HIP AND KNEE PAIN💥
Caomhan spends a lot of time on his feet during his working hours and was suffering from a lot of discomfort and hip and knee pain. After a quick assessment of the affected areas, we found that he was suffering from knee attachment stiffness and over restricted hip flexors due to spending high amounts bent forward and putting pressure through his legs.
In the video you can see an example of full quad and hip cupping to help with toxin drainage and increasing circulation to maximise range of motion and kickstart the healing process 🙏🏼

🔥 ANOTHER GREAT EXAMPLE OF GRASTON THERAPY/ CUPPING THERAPY COMBO 🔥
The first question is “what’s graston therapy”? Or “what does cupping do?” These are usually the first questions I get asked when people see my tools or posts 🤘🏼 GRASTON therapy is the use of steel blades that are amazing for;
💥 Scar Tissue Breakdown
💥 Increasing circulation
💥Increased range of motion
As you can see on the left side of the patients back we have an amazing circulation response with plenty of fresh blood carrying the essential nutrients to the muscles. On the right side we can see an amazing response from the cupping therapy. Cupping therapy is amazing for;
💥 Increasing circulation
💥 Penetrating deep muscles layers
💥 Toxic deload
NOTE: As you can see on the patients right upper glute a dark purple colour is present. The darker the response the higher levels of toxins, inflammation etc. In this case, the patient was suffering a lot of pain in the glute and lower back area, and that is exactly where we pinpointed with the large cup on the glute!

Cupping therapy is one of the most underrated and most beneficial treatments for treating muscle tightness, scar tissue removal etc. The vacuum effect applied to the area can pe*****te through the superficial tissues and hit the deep layer where the toxins, inflammation etc all sits in the damaged and tight fibres.
The toxins and inflammation and drawn out by the vacuum and encourages a rush of fresh blood carrying oxygen nutrients etc which can help both cellular and muscular repair 🔥
