To every teacher who made it to the end of term — you absolute legend. 👏

To every classroom assistant who has quietly supported, encouraged and looked after every single child in that room. To every dinner lady who has fed them, comforted them and kept the chaos of lunchtime running smoothly. To every bus es**rt who has kept them safe and settled on every single journey. And to every parent who has juggled school runs, packed lunches, homework battles, clubs, trips and parents evenings — you too. You all did it.
The summer holidays mean something different when you’re a grown up. Yes, there’s more time. But for school staff, it’s the first real chance to breathe after a long, demanding year. And for parents, the holidays often bring more noise, more demand, more “muuuum” and more of you being needed by everyone around you.

So here’s a gentle reminder that you are allowed to prioritise yourself this summer. Not just the days out and the BBQs — but the real rest. The kind that happens when you finally let someone take care of you for a change.

A holistic massage session with me is exactly that. An hour (or two 😉) that belongs entirely to you. No noise, no demands, no to-do list. Just your body finally getting the rest it’s been asking for since September.

Ways to naturally help support your lymphatic system.
