This is something I didn't want to have to do!

But as from the start of October I will now have to ask for a small non-refundable deposit/booking fee for appointments/treatments.

This is due to a number of no shows and last minute cancellations which leaves me with not enough time or unable to offer others the appointment slot.

Due to the ongoing covid-19 situation this is also unfair as extra time is now needed in between clients for cleaning and sterilising all work areas/tools and equipment before and after each use. (the health and safety of all clients is number 1 and clients that have been in will know how serious I've been taking this situation to make sure yous are all as safe as possible while in the salon)

I hope everyone understands these reasons but it's now a must.
