Brows and lashes for the lovely Kirsty
This is a complete an utter disgrace. Look at the amount of natural lashes at the stem of these lashes. There has been 5 clumps places on top of each other. No isolation which is one natural lash to one false lash.
Clearly not properly trained or finished a course because this work should not be allowed or passed.

This is my handmade fan V this diasaster which a girl had hanging on her lashes. It’s a clump of classic lashes being used as Russian.
Can you imaging how sore this would be on your eyes and how damaging this is to your eyelashes 🤷🏼♀️

Here we have had another girl come to us with poorly applied lashes which have damaged and broken her eyelashes.
Please don’t be fooled by girls doing lashes in an hour. This can not not be done unless they are applying premade fans or lifting clumps of lashes and placing them on the lash line.
The natural eyelash should be isolated and then a handmade fan will be place on that one lash. This may take up to 2 hours of treatment.
I really wish girls would take pride in their work and seek proper training. There is no fast track in being a great eyelash technician. Had work, dedication and plenty of hours practicing pays off.
