As a small business, we always do our very best to accommodate our clients and provide the highest level of service possible. Unfortunately, we have experienced an increasing number of no-shows and same-day cancellations, which has had a significant impact on the business.

When appointments are cancelled at short notice, it is extremely difficult to fill those spaces, resulting in lost time and income for our team.

To help us manage our appointment schedule more effectively moving forward, we will now be requesting deposits when bookings are made. We kindly ask for your understanding and support regarding this policy.

Please also note that any missed appointments without sufficient notice will need to be paid for in full before any future bookings can be made.

We truly value each and every one of our clients and greatly appreciate your continued support and understanding as we implement these changes.
