The Cutting Edge Barber Shop | Belfast The Cutting Edge Barber Shop was established in 2010 by Master Barber, Frankie Campbell to bring a new level of service and luxury to the Belfast area. In 2019, a new area of the Barber Shop has opened to accomodate a luxury private appointment room, available for booking on our website.
