Name Dylan Artt

This man come for a haircut on Wednesday evening but didn’t pay. This is not the first time he has come for a haircut & told us he was going to the ATM but failed to return but we gave him the benefit of the doubt.

6pm Dylan didn’t show up but messsged to say he would be here Thursday morning to pay for both the haircut on Wednesday & the haircut he run from September 2024.

It has been brought to our attention that Dylan has done this to multiple businesses across Belfast including a Tattoo parlour.

Could everybody be careful and don’t let this low life do the same to you.
