💉 microneedling 💉

- what is it?
Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure that involves using a device with tiny, fine needles to create micro-injuries in the skin. These small punctures stimulate the body’s healing response, encouraging collagen and elastin production

- why is isn’t beneficial?
This treatment can improve skin texture, reduce scars, minimize wrinkles, and enhance overall skin appearance. It’s often used for treating acne scars, stretch marks, and fine lines, and is also sometimes referred to as collagen induction therapy

- when will I see results?
While some people notice immediate improvement, the best results typically take 4-6 weeks to appear as collagen production ramps up. Multiple sessions (often 3-6, spaced a few weeks apart) may be recommended for optimal results, especially for issues like deep scarring or wrinkles

- how long does it take?
The procedure typically lasts between 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the size of the area being treated and your specific skin concerns

- what’s the downtime?

Post-procedure, your skin might look red and feel a bit like a mild sunburn. This can last anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days. Some people also experience slight swelling or dryness.
You’ll be advised to avoid direct sun exposure, makeup (for at least 24 hours), and harsh skincare products for a few days to allow your skin to heal

Not only has my client been having some under eye rejuvenation, she has been consistent in her microneedling monthly sessions AND her two face sessions of vitarin polynucleotide
