We are following the current government guidelines and as a result, have created some rules for the shop which are detailed below. These may be subject to change as we continue to follow the most recent recommendations. We looking forward to welcoming you back to the salon as soon as we have been given permission to open. Thank you for your patience

During lockdown we have been working hard to make changes to the salon layout to keep things as safe as possible for our clients and staff. The changes also include the way the salon will operate and we would ask all our clients to make note of the following new rules.

1. Bookings are by appointment only. Please do not come into the shop to make an appointment, instead phone 01773 823965.

2. Please arrive on time for your appointment. The waiting room has been removed, and we are allowing time between appointments to clean each work station.

3. Please adhere to social distancing rules with other salon clients.

4. A wash hand basin has been installed in the salon, and you will be asked to wash your hands upon arrival.

5. Each client will have a designated chair for the duration of their appointment. You will be given a tray for your belongings, and this will stay at the position.

6. The numbers of clients in the salon will be strictly limited, however chaperones are allowed if required, and we are able to take family bookings. If you have any specific requirements, please ensure that these are clearly stated at the time of booking, so we can safely accommodate you.

7. When making an appointment, please clearly state your requirements. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to add an extra colour, or change the method of highlighting as examples, once you are at the salon.

8. At present we are not providing magazines, however you are welcome to bring your own book or magazine to read during your treatment time.

As a Salon, we have carefully planned our safe return to work using the most recent guidance from the NHF. This guidance changes regularly, and the rules of the salon may be amended at any time.

Please note, until the Government gives full and clear guidelines we may not be able to offer a full range of services, i.e dry cuts and blow-drying. We will make you aware of the current guidelines when you make your booking.

We have invested in the latest disinfecting equipment and all tools will be cleaned between clients.

Each work station will be thoroughly cleaned after each client.

All our stylists will be issued with PPE.

We will monitor the number of bookings to ensure that the salon does not become over crowded.

The waiting room and reception areas have been removed, we now have two fully operational rooms in the salon to make it easier to adhere to social distancing for clients and staff.

Appointments will be made whilst you are in your allocated chair, along with payment which can be made by cheque, cash or bank transfer.

If you have any special needs, require a chaperone, or additional assistance, please advise the stylist when making your appointment.

We hope that by applying these rules, we can offer a safe environment for clients and staff alike.

PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE SALON IF YOU, OR A MEMBER OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD, HAS A TEMPERATURE, PERSISTENT COUGH, OR FEELS UNWELL.

Appointment times are made to allow time to clean between clients, and to control the number of people in the salon. Please be aware, if you are late, we may have to cancel your appointment
