If you're easily offended this won't be the page or group for you 🤪👀🤦‍♀️ People think weight loss is all about calories.

But spend 5 minutes with a group of women trying to improve their health and you’ll quickly realise we’re talking about a lot more than that… 🤣

Around here we talk about the 4 Ps:

🩸 Periods – because they can make you gain 1-2kg overnight and question all your life choices.

💩 P**p – because if you’re not going regularly, you’re probably not feeling your best.

🔥 Perimenopause / menopause– because hormones can make weight loss feel like an uphill battle.

🚽 P*e – because if I ask one more woman how much water she’s drinking and the answer is “a couple of cups of tea” I might cry.

The truth is, health and weight loss aren’t just about eating less and moving more.

There are so many things affecting how you feel, what the scales are doing and how much energy you have.

So yes…

We talk about periods.
We talk about poo.
We talk about hormones.
We talk about bladder habits.

Because if it affects your health, it matters. 💚

Yesterday morning we had a bit of fun in club…

I asked everyone to write down one thing they’ve learnt since joining.

Some answers made me laugh. Some made me proud. And some reminded me just how much misinformation is out there when it comes to health and weight loss.

The biggest lesson?

There isn’t a magic pill, detox, tea or secret trick.

Eat enough.
Drink your water.
Get your protein.
Move your body.
Be consistent.

And when life gets in the way, don’t quit. Just keep going.

Can I be brutally honest for a second? 👀

One of the biggest reasons women don’t start a health journey is because they’re worried about what other people will think.

Karen says it’s “just another shake diet.”

Susan heard it’s a pyramid scheme.

Sally is concerned the products aren’t safe.

And suddenly you’re questioning whether you should even try.

But here’s my question…

Would those same people tell you to put down the share bag of crisps?

Would they tell you to stop binge drinking every weekend?

Would they tell you not to swing through the drive-thru three times a week?

Probably not.

Yet somehow they’re experts on what you shouldn’t be doing.

Look, I don’t care whether someone joins our club or chooses a completely different route.

What I do care about is women making decisions based on facts, not rumours and opinions from people who have never actually tried it.

At the end of the day, it’s your health.

Your confidence.

Your life.

And if the people giving advice aren’t getting the results you want, maybe their opinion shouldn’t carry so much weight.
