Dear all.

I just wanted to make you all aware of some changes I will be making from the 1st of November 2025.

Price increases;

I have tried hard to keep my prices down to the best of my ability for the last 6 years. Due to the ever increasing cost of utilities and products I am now finding it impossible to do so. From the 1st of Nov 25 my prices will rise for all my colour services. Cutting services will remain the same unless you are advised otherwise.

Please contact me privately if you have any concerns regarding this.

Cancellation policy;

Due to being a small business I rely heavily on clients attending their appointments. Please allow 24hrs before cancelling your appointments or there will be a 50% charge added to your next bill. This will be wavered if i feel the reason is warranted.

As most of you know me so well I have found this incredibly hard to do but its simply unavoidable. I thank you for your continued support and I will continue to deliver the best service to my best ability.

Good morning all.

Over the next 6weeks I will be having to take some last minute time off due to personal reasons. I will do my best to accommodate and honour all appointments. If this affects anyones appointment I will do my absolute best to notify you in good time.

I ask for your patients and understanding for what is going to be a difficult time for us as a family.

Hi all.

I am now back to work any messages I recieved last week will be replied to today.

As alot of you know life at home has been hectic of late and sadly yesterday my beloved Nan passed away. 💔Or though I am continuing to work it may be that I have to alter some appointments. I will do my best to accomodate all and hope to not inconvenience any of you.

Apologise for my lack of posts on here. I have had trouble accessing my page since my change of phone.

I have come to see most of my clients as friend which makes this feel incredibly difficult to post.

Unfortunately I have come to the point of enforcing a 50% charge for all appointments cancelled within a 24hr period of their appointment or for what I call a “no show” for their appointment. This will be added on to their next appointment bill. This will be waived if I feel the reason for going into the 24hrs is warranted.

As I am a small business and rely heavily on people keeping their appointment so it gives me no choice but to do this.

Hope your all keeping well.

I would just like to thank all those who have sent me their kind words and wishes after the sudden passing of my dad on Friday.💔

For all the clients that I have asked to rearrange their appointment, I would like to thank you for your patience and understanding.

For any clients that have up and coming appointments and I have not been in touch with please assume those appointments will remain.

Further down the line I may have to be in touch to alter some appointments due to funeral arrangements etc. I will hope to give you as much notice as possible.

Again I would like to thank you on behalf of myself and my family for your continued support and patience with what is a difficult time.

From the 1st of September 2021 there will be an increase to my
prices.
My new prices are as follows
Wet/dry cut - £15.00.
Cut/b/dry - £25.00.
Gents cut - £10.00.
Children’s cut on quotation
Full head Tinting only £25.00 *.
Half head highlighting only- £40.00 *. Full head highlighting only- £50.00 *.
Price with * are exclusive of cutting services.
All other technical services are on quotation.
The price list for my Woodstock salon will vary to these prices.
I have been working self employed now for 6 years and have never
increased my prices. Due to unforeseen events in recent times i have no other option but to do this to keep my business running.

Hi all.

Just to let you know I now am fully booked till early May.
Anyone wanting an appointment for May contact me asap to avoid disappointment.
If anyone whom has an appointment already booked in April requires one in May also it maybe that you may have to wait an extra week or so, as there will be clients whom haven’t had an appointment yet from my re opening.
I ask for your patience, I am trying to make sure appointments are given out fairly. I am only one person and can only do what I can do. I am doing my best to book everyone in when they would like but sometimes things may not always work out.

Hi all

Hope your keeping safe and well.

After the government announcements today it seems its to be that from the 12th of April hair and beauty salons can reopen. I will re open the diary from this date.
I will be in touch with you all individually over the next few days to organise your appointments from then onwards. If i could ask for your patience as there are a lot of you and i will do my best to accommodate you all as best as possible and as soon as possible.

Hope you are all keeping safe and well 💜

After further investigation to my previous post unfortunately as a close contact service I have to remain closed till the 8th of March.
I believe the government will be making an announcement on or around the 22nd of Feb to review this to which I will know more as to when i can make bookings for.

All bookings that i have before the 8th March will now have to be cancelled.

I will be I touch in due course regarding rescheduling your appointment when i have a definite date i can take bookings from.

From a business point of view this is another devastating blow and in adhering to the rules i can only hope that things return to normal soon.

Understandably im sure a lot of you will be struggling with your hair by then if not now but please have patience and we will prevail. I will do my best upon reopening to accommodate you all as best as possible
