When my friend Judith gifted me this lovely vintage shirt a few months ago I had to wear it open over a T-shirt as it wouldn’t button over my chest.

I’m pleased to say since my new fitness regime that I started at the beginning of January it now fits buttoned up. It’s nothing drastic, just healthy eating and regular walking and weight training. No weight loss meds, no protein shakes or gimmicks just consistency
