Can I please politely ask that if you can’t make your appointment this week or next week or you are poorly, to please give me as much notice as possible.

I have a wait list this week and next due to me taking a week off.
I have had 2 no shows within a week and not enough time to get anyone in is frustrating and is a loss of income for me

I hope you understand , this is what my cancellation & no show policy is in place for

The next couple of weeks I am
Extremely busy , and I have a waitlist for appointments both week of 8th and 15th June
If you know you can’t make this appointment, or you are ill please let me know as soon as you can so I can offer appointments to those waiting.

Equally if you are in week or 15th and you are poorly , I would appreciate it if you would rearrange as I do not want to be poorly or ill on holiday
