The system we have also allows you to cancel your appointment if you cannot make it for any reason. You are able to cancel up to 2 hours before your appointment time, therefore please ensure you give us a call or cancel your appointment via the booking system. We have ALOT of customers on our cancellation list waiting for an appointment, and it’s extremely unfair on other customers to miss out on a time slot as well as unfair on the barber who’s livelihood this also affects.

In addition, if you intend on parking in Waitrose car park, please allow plenty of time to get parked as their car park gets full very quickly.
