Sports massage treatments available both mobile and at my home for anyone with any form of muscular tightness/pain/discomfort aiming to reduce discomfort, aid recovery, increase range of movement and improve performance.

Mondays and Tuesdays have the most availability but my schedule can be adjusted some weeks so just drop me a message if you need a different day!

Unfortunately, due to now being in tier 4, sports massage treatments will not be able to take place until we are back down to tier 3. It’s a huge shame but hopefully this will only be a temporary fix and things can carry on soon.

Sports massages are beneficial to anyone experiencing muscular tightness/discomfort, whether you’re involved in sports or have back pain from sitting at a desk all day, it can benefit everyone!
I am providing both mobile services or at my home located in Barrow Upon Soar.
