⚕️Exfoliate More! – and that’s what has happened on this picture lol I’ve used light chemical peel - YES - it is good even in a summer! With time our skin needs a bit of help with regeneration, by removing old cells mechanically we let our skin to focus on healing.

💦Hydrate More! – using hyaluronic acid under the moisturiser is a must for me! I just love my skin soft and bouncy. Drinking lots of water helps too! (I can’t do a day without drinking at least of 2l)

⚠️Protect More! – Tanning is so out of date these days! It damages the skin, dark spots and premature wrinkles are common results of it. If sun, then only with UV protection – higher is better!

It's important to avoid drinking alcohol before your aesthetic treatment. Alcohol, even in small amounts causes the dehydration! Some procedures, like PRP, may get cancelled due to dehydration. Tear Thorough can only be accurately assessed when you are well rested and hydrated, preventing filler over injecting! So, one night before your treatment water is your best choice. Get hydrated – keep your appointment.
