Over the last two seasons working alongside the surf community. I’ve developed an even deeper appreciation for the incredible relationship between our bodies, movement and the natural world.

The ocean asks a lot from us — and our bodies are constantly adapting, responding and learning.

Bodywork is not only about releasing tension or supporting recovery. It is an opportunity to pause, listen and reconnect with the body that carries us through every experience.

Every wave is a conversation between body and mind.

Perhaps the question is not only what we ask of our bodies… but how we care for them in return.🌊💚

A little update from me… ✨
I know I’ve been a little quiet on here lately trying to be fully present with everything that’s been unfolding.

The last few weeks have been a whirlwind — time back in the UK reconnecting with family and friends, holding space for new clients, catching up with familiar faces, and slowly moving into this next chapter here in Portugal 🇵🇹

As always super grateful to be surrounded by new landscapes, new energies and new cultures. So much of what I experience, learn and feel along the way naturally finds its way into my work.

I’m curious, open and excited to see what this chapter brings. Sharing this space and dancing alongside some truly wonderful souls🌊💚

Huge love & appreciation Alba Güell • Surf Photographer for your 🔥📸💚

✨️As this season comes to a close, I have so much gratitude for everything it has brought me.
For the collaborations, the friendships, the lessons, and the spaces where my work has been able to grow.

✨️Through movement, ocean, culture, stillness, and connection, I’ve been reminded that healing is not one-dimensional. It lives in the body, in breath, in community, in nature, and in the courage to listen deeply.

✨️I leave this chapter with a clearer sense of how I wish to serve moving forward—through embodied practices that support reconnection with body & mind, in a way that feels authentic, grounded, and honest.

✨️There's often this space of uncertainty between chapters. Transitions can feel unsteady, and the unknown not always comfortable. But there is something quietly powerful that lies in allowing space for what is next to unfold, rather than rushing to define what it is and what it may look like

✨️If you are in a season of change too, may you trust that endings are not loss alone—they are also thresholds. What is meant for you has a way of meeting you, even when the path cannot quite yet be seen.

Thank you to and to all the friends that have become family too much love for you all.💚

📸 for all the incredible captures 💚 biggest of love and appreciation goes out to you, thank you!

Rameshwaram ~ Each time I visit a temple it blows me away, the energy that lies in these sacred spaces. The levels of devotion, the rituals, the prayers, the stillness. The craftsmanship thats gone into their creation , each time im memorised by something different.

Rameshwaram felt deeply grounding and reflective. Each time I visit a temple, it invites a different perspective — a new way of seeing, understanding, and relating to life. It also always reminds me that there is something far bigger than ourselves at play something that cant be seen but can certainly be felt.

Rameshwaram you are special 💚🔱

✨️People often tell me they leave feeling lighter, a little spaced out, calmer, or even “longer” in their body.

✨️These sensations are often signs that the body has moved out of holding and into a more regulated, balanced state.

✨️Through conscious therapeutic touch and sound, the nervous system begins to settle, tension starts to soften, and the body no longer needs to work so hard to protect itself.

✨️That feeling of lightness is often the result of space returning where stress and contraction once lived.

✨️That “spaced out” feeling is often deep relaxation — the mind becoming quieter as the system unwinds.

✨️Feeling “longer” can come as the body releases compression and reorganises itself with more ease.

💚This is the BodyMind returning to balance.

As always, gratitude to the one & only who has been my seasonal model 🙏🏼 too much love, thank you 🙏🏼 and huge thank you for your super eye and 📸 skills 💚

When the world feels a little heavy…
there’s a gentle coming back.
To the breath.
To the body.
To awareness.
Not to force anything—
just to feel with what’s here.

thank you for creating a haven to practice 💚✨️

✨ Caring for our energetic wellbeing isn’t always something we think about. As we move through the day, we’re in constant subtle exchange with what’s around us and often, we take in more than we realise —
energy that isn’t ours to hold.

We move through so many spaces, conversations, and experiences the body holds more than we realise.

Not as something wrong —but as something waiting
to be acknowledged, felt, and released.

Your body is always communicating. In the subtle shifts the moments of heaviness, the feeling of being a little “off”.

Not asking you to fix anything —just inviting you to listen.

Through simple practices,intentional awareness,
and moments of pause your energy can gently cleanse and begin to shift.

Supporting you to return
to clarity.
to ease.

💚
