Can't emphasise enough how important a good warm up is before you workout, gets those muscles warm and helps avoid injury. Few pics of tonight's warm up at fitensity class 👌🏼

Quiet before the storm the pic before class started!! Tonight's fitensity class was a bit quieter than normal tonight. But meant you all worked that little bit harder. Well done guys 💪🏻💪🏻

Killed my workouts today... Starting with back and triceps, interval sprints. Then spinning and conditioning class. Feel awesome now. Can't beat a good sweat 👌🏼
