Staff Christmas Party (weekender!)2025:

You know us by now and that we don’t just do normal 🤣

After an earlier finish for us today, we gathered for Part 1.
Part 2 starts tomorrow morning after a nights sleep in Perth. It’s going to be an epic day so watch this space 🙏😬

We ended up in Killiecrankie where we experienced the Highland Swing. Kelsey & Izzie had also added on to their booking a Bungee Jump! 🤢
Unfortunately we were unable to take anything up onto the bridge with us so there aren’t any photos until we get the official ones.

A big shout out to Kelsey who did all the driving.

*RESTYLE MODEL NEEDED*

We want to thank you for all the interest we have had for the 1st EPA model, for Codie. This model has now been confirmed, and we are now looking for her 2nd model. Details are below.

Our apprentice, Codie, is due to sit her EPA at end of this month. We kindly ask that if any clients are interested to be the model, please get in touch ASAP.

Codie is a very bubbly, warm & friendly individual with a high care for clients and their needs, who has been a part of Ice Hair & Beauty for nearly 2 years. She has a high attention to detail & Codie’s goal is to go onto her NVQ Level 3 upon her EPA completion.

Requirements: Restyle (model will need to have at least 4-5 inches cut off, and the final result has to be ABOVE shoulder length)
Expense: £0
Reason for model request: Codie is due to complete her NVQ Level 2 Hairdressing, with her End Point Assessment on 30th July. This EPA will be her last step on the Level 2 journey, and this assessment will be monitored to a high standard by a professional adjudicator.

Date: Wednesday 30th July
Time: 2pm
Location: Reflections Training Academy, 2 Commercial Street, Birmingham, B1 1RS

This will be on a first come, first serve basis. If there are any additional requirements that you would like to add to the service, ie a graduation cut or fringe, please let us know!

Christmas Party 2024 - Girls night out - plus 3!

What a fabulous night out celebrating us!

A little bit of Ice History:

In May 2012 a young lady approached me and asked if Ice Hair & Beauty would sponsor her as she wanted to take part in Miss Nottingham. She was studying at Nottingham University at the time. Kelsey & I both travelled up to Nottingham and used our skills on this young lady and to support her. Unfortunately, she didn’t win the title but in return of her sponsorship she agreed to be a judge for us when we held an ‘Ice Princess competition’ for the jubilee celebrations. I remember the day well…. It absolutely hammered it down.

Roll on to today: This mentioned young lady is now competing in The FINAL of Strictly Come Dancing with JB from JLS! 👏🏼👏🏼

I have known Lauren for many years now & I’ve known her mum since I was 8 years old when my brothers used to compete against her!

We, at Ice, would like to wish Lauren Oakley the very best of luck on Saturday night. You are the most amazing dancer and we are so very proud of you! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Please, please vote for Lauren and let’s bring that Glitter ball back to Lauren’s hometown of Solihull.
