Behind this page is just me really.

A nurse, a mom and someone constantly trying to balance two jobs, a business, a totally single motherhood and everything else life brings in between.

Social media can make things look effortless, but most of the time it’s the opposite. There are long days, tired days, moments of doubt, and a lot of work happening quietly behind the scenes when nobody is watching.

For me it often feels like a constant balancing act. Nursing shifts, clinic days, school runs, late night admin, replying to messages once my daughter is asleep and trying to stay present for all the little things in between. Gymnastics, swimming, Thai boxing classes, activities, time together, and just trying to give her the best childhood I can while also building something meaningful for our future.

I’ve learnt that balance isn’t something you ever fully achieve. It’s something you constantly adjust, day by day, hoping you’re getting enough right.

But there’s a lot of passion behind it too.

I never created this business to make women feel like they need to change themselves. If anything, I think most of us are already too hard on ourselves. My aim has always been to create a space where people feel comfortable, understood and safe, somewhere that enhances confidence rather than feeds insecurity.
Because I know what it feels like to lose parts of yourself through stress, motherhood, exhaustion, anxiety or just the pace of life. Sometimes confidence isn’t about looking different. Sometimes it’s simply wanting to feel a little less tired, more like yourself again, or catching your reflection and feeling okay in it.

I also want other women to know it’s okay to want more. To have goals outside of motherhood. To build something for yourself. To create a better life for you and your children without guilt. I promised myself and my daughter a life with more stability, love, opportunities and memories, and that quietly drives everything I do.

I don’t have everything figured out, and some days are still a juggle, but I’m proud of how far this has come and so grateful for every person who supports me and trusts me.

For the right candidate, lower face treatments can create soft, natural enhancements without adding volume.
This result combines a lip flip and DAO treatment.

A lip flip uses small, precise doses of botulinum toxin placed into the orbicularis oris muscle to gently relax the upper lip. This allows it to roll slightly outward, improving lip show and definition without the need for filler.

DAO treatment works by relaxing the depressor anguli oris muscle, which is responsible for pulling the corners of the mouth down. Treating this area can soften a downturned or heavy appearance and create a subtle lift through the lower face.

When used together in the right patient, these treatments help restore balance and improve resting expression while still maintaining natural movement.

I haven’t posted on the grid for a little while, but I’ve still been busy behind the scenes creating natural results.

This patient wanted to look fresher with a subtle lift. By treating two areas, the glabella (frown lines) and the lateral canthal lines (crow’s feet) we achieved a softer, refreshed appearance while maintaining natural movement.

One of my favourite undetectable combinations of treatments perfect for opening up hooded eyes.

When treating the frown and the eyes together, the results are always more balanced. Relaxing the frown muscles (the glabella complex) takes away that strong inward pull that can make the upper face look tense. Treating around the eyes reduces the movement of the orbicularis oculi, which softens crow’s feet and helps the eyes look more open and refreshed.

Because both areas influence each other, treating them together creates a smoother, more natural look. Everything settles evenly, rather than one area looking tight while the other still moves strongly.

I shared a photo from this exact spot in August 2024. I was right in the thick of motherhood, everything felt heavy and I was trying to find my way back to myself. I’ve always tried to be open and real about the difficult parts, because I know how many mums are quietly struggling and I never wanted to pretend it was all perfect. I remember feeling overwhelmed but still hopeful, wanting a bit of freedom again for both me and for Saoirse. I was exhausted but determined, figuring things out bit by bit and trying to show her what strength looks like even on the days I didn’t feel it.

Now it’s November 2025 and standing here again feels emotional in the best way. Life isn’t perfect, but the shift has been huge. The confidence, the calm, the clarity, all of it has taken time. It hasn’t been neat or easy, just real and honest growth. Seeing how far we’ve come and how much we’ve settled into who we’re becoming makes me really proud.

The glabella is the area between your eyebrows that contracts when you frown or concentrate. It’s home to the muscles that pull the brows inward and downward. By treating this zone with neurotoxin, we reduce that downward tension. This allows the forehead’s natural lifting action to show more, creating a subtle brow lift and opening of the eyes. It’s usually only a couple of millimetres, but for anyone with mild heaviness or early hooding, that tiny lift can brighten the whole eye area.

Treating three of the upper facial areas with Neurotoxin helps create a balanced and natural-looking result. The muscles in the forehead, frown, and around the eyes all work together when we express ourselves. If only one or two areas are treated, the untreated muscles can sometimes overcompensate, leading to uneven movement. Treating all three helps everything move in harmony, keeping results smooth, refreshed, and in proportion.
