Hello All,
well the day has finally come for us to close this chapter of the book and start the next one. The last 7 years have been full of amazing highs and last years lows. We would like to thank everyone who supported us at Hairology and made my dream a reality. A fully organic salon was a dream come true. We have been lucky enough to have helped some
of our clients over the years nursing their hair back to life after cancer treatments which was one of my goals. We will miss you all in the shop but as you know I’m not retiring just yet and will be back fresh and ready to go after a short break, as will Terrie. To all our amazing clients, thank you so much for your support, gifts and kind words, many of you have become dear friends. To my neighbours we will miss you much but we will see you again ❤️
Bistro Viola, The Salon and Adrian and Kay at the Glasstower, may the new tenant bring more foot traffic to this end of Knowle.

Finally some good news !!!

We are so sorry to say that the salon will now be closed again today until further notice ☹️
We will do our very best to get you all back and booked in as soon as we know a date.

Hello I’m Cappuccino (chino) due to my mom having work today and no doggie day care I will be in the salon as mommy doesn’t like leaving me at home by myself alllllllll day. So here goes to my first day at work helping in nanny’s salon.

New Government Guidelines ✔️
We Now have our Track and Trace QR code available to scan at reception.
Could all clients if possible download the NHS covid - 19 app as you will be required to scan the code when you arrive at the salon.
If you are unable to download the app on your mobile we will store your information just incase it’s required for the Track & Trace.

Please be re-assured We are taking the most care to disinfect equipment, stations,doors and anything that a person will come in contact with in-between each client. 🧼 🧹🚿💕

YAYY WE WILL BE OPENING ON THE 4TH JULY! So it’s time to rid of COVID Hair 🤓

We both will be calling as many clients as we can and booking you in so please be patient as we have a lot of customers to get through. If you haven’t heard from us before Wednesday night please get in touch via Facebook Messenger.

We have had to put some rules for our clients safety and ours to avoid any further COVID-19 cases.
Please may we remind you if there are any clients feeling unwell with any of the COVID symptoms we must re arrange your appointment.
These rules have been put in place to comply with the government and keep our clients and ourselves as safe as possible until we have an end to this awful virus,
these will be:

🔴Appointments that have been booked in Via Phone or Email Only no walk-in appointments.
🔴Your Temperature Will be taken on arrival and you will be asked to sanitize your hands.
🔴A Mask must be worn by all clients when entering the hairdressers and must not be taken off until you have left.
🔴 You Must come alone so please no family members as we need to and will limit numbers
🔴Unfortunately we will not be providing any Refreshments/Drinks at the moment
🔴No magazines so please bring your own
🔴Please no late arrivals as we will have to rearrange your appointment to a later date.
🔴if there is someone waiting in the reception area please wait outside until we come and get you.

There are price alterations at this present time due to PPE conditions in the salon
Colour applied will also be more than usual.
If during COVID lock down you have applied your own box colour unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate a colour correction at the moment and another skin test will have to be done.

WE CANNOT WAIT TO SEE YOU ALL WE WILL BE GETTING IN TOUCH WITH AS MANY PEOPLE AS WE CAN 🐰❤️
