Join us this Thursday for a beautiful evening of relaxation at The Set Longevity Health Club in Little Baddow.

💛 6 pm or 8 pm

Our sessions are kept lovely and intimate, with small groups relaxing on luxurious double airbeds, floating gently on warm water.

Come and be bathed in the beautiful frequencies and vibrations of the gongs, singing bowls and other wonderful sound therapy instruments, allowing yourself to completely switch off, relax and unwind.

Set within a gorgeous health club, with a lovely relaxing atmosphere, it’s the perfect place to enjoy 75 minutes just for you.

🌿 For those who are mindful of clean living, you’ll love the beautiful pool environment, without the overpowering smell of chlorine.

Afterwards, stay a little longer and enjoy a lovely, healthy complimentary drink in our relaxing lounge before heading off on your onward journey. 💛

Imagine spending the day in a beautiful, cosy church, filled with warmth, peace and lovely energy. A day just for you, away from the busyness of everyday life.

Our beautiful church is the perfect setting for a day of relaxation and restoration. With underfloor heating and overhead infrared heaters, you’ll be wonderfully warm and comfortable throughout the day, allowing you to fully relax, unwind and immerse yourself in each practice.

Throughout the day, we’ll gently guide you through a beautiful combination of gentle seated Yoga, Qi Gong to increase our energy, SOMA Breathwork and Sound Healing, creating space to move, breathe, reconnect, release and deeply rest. Plus through the 90 minute soundbath, everyone who would like a acupressure massage will receive one.

Each practice brings something special, from gentle, mindful movement and flowing energy to the transformative power of breath and the deeply restorative vibrations of sound.

Together, these practices create a wonderfully nourishing experience, allowing you to slow down, let go of tension and reconnect with yourself, leaving you feeling calmer, lighter, refreshed and more balanced.

No previous experience is needed. Everything is offered in a warm, welcoming and supportive space, allowing you to simply be yourself and enjoy the day at your own pace.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for yesterday’s Sound Bath at the beautiful United Reformed Church in Bishop’s Stortford. 💛✨

We took time out of our busy lives to simply lie down, breathe and relax. No demands, nowhere else to be, just time for ourselves.

Allowing the beautiful sounds and vibrations of the gongs, singing bowls and other instruments to wash over us, helping us to slow down, let go and simply be.

What’s a lovely growing community of like-minded people. we are back here on the third Wednesday November 7: 15 until 8:45 PM
