🍃Here’s a little bit about my work journey in skin & skincare over the past 25 years 🍃🫶

🥼To understand skin you have to study really hard to understand it all such as anotomy & physiology, skin types & skin conditions, skin disorders, it really is in depth the science involved.
💆‍♀️I did level 2 & 3 beauty at college including facial electrics & manual facial training so I learned a lot of the basics.
🧬💉I’ve also studied aesthetics up to level 7 which has massively brought my knowledge on so much within the industry.
I was lucky enough to work on the counters in Debenhams whilst I was in college where I had a good general understanding of the big retail brands, building confidence & selling & then went on to go on multiple Training events with brands such as dermalogica, elemis, crystal clear, decleor, Clarins & GMcollin all over the country, some brands the training was up to 5 days away. I learnt body & facial treatments with these brands & I’ve taken lots of good things from each company.
I saw my own personal skin change at 36 I was getting fine lines, open pours & it was dehydrated & I started to get deeper nasolabialfolds & marionettes. (But I wanted to stay away from fillers & tox) This is a sign of collagen depletion & dehydration beneath the epidermis, each year we deplete up to 2% of collagen & elastin the aging process now starts from 25!
So for the past few years Each month I have dermaplaning, a skin peel, skin needling & led light therapy & I’ve just introduced Lumi pro tox & what an amazing product that this is as a combined treatment & with treating my skin every month this helps with product pe*******on with my daily skincare routine.

💸Skin is an investment, it will cost you money, time & patience & you have to persevere & be consistent to get results it’s not a quick fix.
🥰I’ve learnt Self care & putting yourself first is ok & I continue to do this for myself, my confidence & a little downtime were I can switch off.
My skin is nearly 42 years old & the improvement with having this treatment is quite amazing, my pours have shrunk, fine lines are disappearing, my skin feels tighter/firmer so I hss save a tighter jaw line & no visible marionettes & nasos & I can tell the collagen is naturally building structurally from within as this take times from the micro injuries from the skin needling, this is not a painful procedure.
I use my tropics skincare twice daily to maximise the results from my facial.
❤️ My passion in work is skin, it’s my favourite treatment to perform & I genuinely want to improve your skin in every aspect with the best treatment & tailored skincare routine for you, your skincare that I use on your skin is available on my retail display & it’s your choice to purchase. I enjoy treating all ages, men & women & different concerns such as deep scarring, menopausal or rosacea skin types.
I also think it’s really important to continue education no matter how long you have been working for. I’m doing my hydra facial training this month so I need a few models reduced for content purposes.

🏅I feel now with the level of training & 25 years service I’ve given to the industry that I deserve to be recognised & will advertise myself as a “skin specialist” because I am ❤️
