Effective from 1st January

To ensure appointments run smoothly and to provide the best experience for everyone, please read the booking guidelines below 🤍

• £10 minimum non-refundable deposit required
• Appointments are confirmed once deposit is received
• 48 hours’ notice required for cancellations or reschedules
• Cancellations or changes within 48 hours will result in deposit being retained
• Appointments may be rescheduled once only (new deposit required for further changes)
• Please arrive on time — arrivals 15+ minutes late may impact your appointment
• While I always try to be understanding, I must protect my business due to previous losses
• No-shows will lose their deposit and may affect future bookings
• Please attend alone unless agreed beforehand
• Full payment due on the day of your treatment
