We started this journey at her last appointment, softly introducing some lowlights to ease her into the darker side… and this time we decided to fully embrace the brunette 😍

Going brunette isn’t just about going darker it’s about adding depth, shine, and richness back into the hair. By building it up gradually first, we made sure the end result looked glossy, dimensional, and super healthy ✨

My gorgeous client came to me with layers of brown box dye and a big goal… her dream blonde for her wedding 🤍

Now THIS is where patience and a proper plan comes in. Lightening previously box-dyed hair isn’t a one-appointment job if you want to keep the hair healthy. We worked through this over multiple sessions, carefully lifting, protecting the integrity of the hair, and avoiding unnecessary damage 🙌🏼

✨ Why it matters:
Box dye builds up uneven pigment, which can cause warmth, patchiness and stress on the hair when lifting. Taking it slow allows me to control the lift, maintain condition, and create that soft, expensive-looking blonde instead of a compromised one.

The result? A seamless, creamy blonde that still feels healthy, strong, and wedding ready 💍
