Unfortunately, due to several last-minute cancellations, I now have no choice but to take a non-refundable deposit for every appointment booked.

When an appointment is cancelled at short notice, I am often unable to fill that space. As a self-employed small business owner, these empty appointments have a real impact. I still have rent, stock, insurance and other business overheads to pay.

I absolutely love helping you with your transformations, confidence and skin health, but the honest reality is that this is also my job. Your continued custom is not only greatly appreciated—it supports my small business, pays my bills and helps me put food on the table.

Your deposit secures your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. Please read the booking policy before arranging your appointment.
