This week, I donated 8 hours of my time, offering a sponsored‘massage marathon’ to help raise money for Pentwynmawr Athletic AFC under 6s/7s ⚽️

It was so lovely to meet everyone, and together we raised £180 towards a new kit and whatever else the next season brings 🤍🌿

A huge thank you to everyone who booked a treatment, donated, or supported the day. Community really is something special, and I’m so grateful I could play a small part in helping these future football stars ⚽️✨

I’ve had so many messages about reflexology lately, so I thought I’d share a little more about what I offer. 🤍🌿

I’ve been practising reflexology for 20 years now (how did that happen?! 👀🤣), and advanced reflexology for the past 5 years.

What I love most about reflexology is also the hardest thing to put into words.

Yes, it’s deeply relaxing—but it’s so much more than that. Time and time again, I see it take people to a level of relaxation that I rarely see with any other treatment. I see busy minds become calm, stressed bodies soften, and nervous systems finally feel safe enough to switch off.

It has the most beautiful way of helping you reconnect with yourself, leaving you feeling lighter, calmer and more balanced.

It’s so much more than “just a foot massage.” 🤍
