How amazing does Gracie look in her pirate tutu skirt? She wanted a skirt to match her friend Jenny's costume, so I designed this one for her.

Unfortunately the weather was so rainy and I was up against time to get the skirt to Gracie that I couldn't take any before photos. Luckily Gracie's Mum was kind enough to send these to me # # #
