Hi the studio is closing by 5:30 pm today I’ve contacted anyone past these times to reschedule the heat is absolutely unbearable to work in it’s ok in the morning but by late afternoon it’s really hot and its to be 29 degrees not nice for clients either and it plays havoc with lash glue , wax and other products. My fan just isn’t quite cutting it 😭

I would like to address an important matter regarding appointments.

Unfortunately, I have experienced a significant number of missed appointments recently, including two this week alone and eight over the past month. As a professional business with ongoing overheads such as insurance, stock, and operating costs, missed appointments have a direct impact not only on the business but also on my time and livelihood.

I take great pride in providing a reliable and high-quality service, and I respectfully ask that the same level of consideration is shown in return. Moving forward, I will be implementing a stricter policy regarding no-shows and late cancellations.

A little info for all new clients coming to the beauty studio please read

* All lash lift and brow and lash dye appointments need a patch test before any treatments are carried out. There is a fresha service for this please book this in before your appointment.
* please arrive on time for your appointment a few minutes before is ok but not 10 and 15 minutes before as I don’t have a waiting room.
* cash only please make sure you check your Fresha appointment for the correct amount.

Would you look at this Microneedling treatment after only 1 session 1 months apart these photos where taken my clients volume and overall skin appearance is pretty good considering we have only done this once can’t wait to see what the next one looks like 🥰
