When the tap in the salon breaks .. the boiling water is flooding out .. the clients need to go home & wash their own colour off .. you need to cancel your whole afternoon of clients , who do you call …. The Fire Brigade ( with her new nails Laura Grant) of course the tap can’t be fixed & you can’t just buy one as it’s a special order … PANIC …
Big shout out to the girls &beauty East Kilbride .. they took the tap off the display model & offered to stay late if I needed to buy a new backwash if the tap didn’t fit … thankfully it fits & the plumber is making some minor adjustments to have us up & running for a crazy day tomorrow … HO HO HO 😩
The Christmas 🎅🏼 rush is now well underway & we are loving getting you all pampered for your Christmas events 🥰 we are fully booked everyday which means lots of extra cars in the street .. could I please ask that you don’t arrive too early for your appointment ( 5 mins before is fine ) as this adds to the number of cars parked & I don’t want to upset the neighbours . Thanks for understanding xx

We had salon royalty in today .. the one & only Shannon Weir🥰.. Shannon’s not had her hair cut since I last done it 3 years ago 😂& not had any colour done since earlier this year … was great to catch up & have a laugh about some of our antics 🤦🏻♀️
As we are coming into the craziest time of the year 🎅🏼Can I please ask if you are transferring payment for your hair service that you do so before leaving the salon , if for some reason that’s not possible could you please transfer on the day of your appointment & drop me a wee confirmation text to say it’s paid .. much appreciated 🥰
