Let’s talk reflexology balms.
For reflexology you need balms that allow grip to find those crystals and work them out. We use Flying Wild balms and we love them. This company are based in Ireland and produce amazing balms specifically for reflexology and they come in a range of blends including: rose, lavender, foot rescue, menopause blend, pregnancy blend and so many more

What do we use and why???
We use a few things in the clinic but the main one for us is PB Twenty Five. These balms are amazing, their base is mango butter and vitamin E making them very nourishing for the skin. There are many variations such as clear head and sports, which have been blended with oils specifically for the cause. The best thing about these oils is that they are made locally ( in Blaydon) by an amazing small business. What’s not to love!!!!!
