This lady really wasn’t happy with the lines around her mouth and wanted them softening.

We decided to use dermal filler in her jaw to improve the appearance of the jowls and to also provide some support. We then went on to treat her marionette lines.

Treatment performed:
🔹Topical anaesthetic
🔹1.2ml RHA 4 each side of jaw
🔹2.4ml RHA 4 between the marionette lines and pre jowl.

Cannula only was used to treat this patient. The bottom picture is immediately afterward treatment and as you can see there is virtually no bruising - just a little redness from where the cannula was inserted.

Cannula is proven to be safer than needle and cause less bruising and swelling.
