Zen Essence Beauty didn’t begin because I had a perfect business plan or because life was going brilliantly.
I started it after losing my dad in the most traumatic way and falling into horrendous depression...... but somewhere in that darkness, I realised I had spent years constantly pouring from an empty cup.

I wanted to create the kind of beauty space I needed myself, somewhere women could come exactly as they are and feel held, supported, comfortable and cared for.

Not judged. Not rushed. Not made to feel like they didn’t belong.
That is why I’ve worked hard to keep my treatments affordable, offer payment plans and provide flexible opening hours. Beauty and self care shouldn’t only be accessible to people with loads of spare money, confidence or free time!!
Everyone deserves to feel looked after.
So reaching 1,000 followers means far more than a number to me. It represents every person who has followed, booked, returned, shared my posts, recommended me or trusted me during their vulnerable moments.
What started during the darkest period of my life has grown into something safe, meaningful and completely mine and I’m incredibly proud of that.
