Next month will be 9 years since Wednesday run camp started, back then in Burghley park and now using the recreation field in Easton on the hill.
We will have a celebration games special on July 8th, if the weather is bad we will have it the following week.
We will be there tomorrow morning as normal.
Starting at 9.30
£5 for the hour session.

What do we do when it’s to hot in the sunshine?
We play in the woods where it’s cool.
Tomorrow’s run camp will be in the woods and the shadows of the trees. Please bring a bottle of water.
And as normal we will rehydrate at the wonderful Birch Tree Cafe

Where back at the recreation ground tomorrow for an hour of fun based exercise followed by justifiable coffee and cake at the Birch Tree Cafe.

3 days canoeing and kayaking takes a toll on aging bodies, so a little bit of massage required.
