​To all my loyal clients,

​First of all, thank you for your incredible support over the years. I love what I do, and I love seeing you all in my chair.
​I wanted to share an update regarding my pricing. As many of you know, I haven’t adjusted my price list since April 2024. However, with the rising costs of professional products and salon overheads over the last two years, I need to make some changes to ensure I can continue providing the high-quality service and premium results you deserve.

​The Details:
🗓️ Effective Date: New prices will apply to all appointments booked from 1st April 2026 onwards.

🕒 Early Bird Grace Period: Any appointments currently booked before April 1st or booked from now until the end of March for a future date afterwards will be honoured at my original 2024 rates.
​I’ve delayed this as long as possible because I value your loyalty so much, but this shift allows me to keep investing in the best products to keep your hair looking its best.

Just a polite notice for my valued clients:
I appreciate your continued support and trust. Recently, I've experienced a growing number of last minute cancellations and missed appointments. Whilst I understand things come up, this makes it difficult to manage my schedule and prevents missed opportunities for other clients. As you may know, I am self employed and fund all my products and equipment myself.
To help with this, I will now be introducing a new booking system online (which I'm currently still adding services to) which will require a card verification when booking. No money will be taken at this time and payment for bookings will be as per the usual process at the appointment. However, in the event of a missed appointment with less than 48 hours notice a 50% fee for the total appointment cost will be charged.

This is common within our job due to the heavy costs associated with missed appointments, such as products being purchased in advance, chair rental etc, and as it being my way of paying bills and more importantly Elsa's creamy dreamie addiction 🤍
