Hello everyone, hope you all are safe and well. We have not posted for a while, we have been fact checking what we see and read in the media, assessing those facts and assessing what that means to our business and how that impacts on how we deliver our services and how that impacts you our much valued salon guests and friends. We know where we want to be, we are working out how we can get where we want to be, we are looking at that road map. However we expect some heavy traffic and road works along the way and will no doubt have to make a few detours on our journey back, the initial PPE items are on their way, some but not all funding as yet is being put in place, still a work in progress but our strategy is forming and our working policy to protect us and you is taking shape. But you will have to work with us, our working conditions will change, the way we deliver our services will change, it will make things challenging but this is the new normal and that will be hard at times. We may not be all in the same boat but are all on the same sea and share those rough seas , but with your help, support, patience and understanding we will all come through this.
Thank you all for the kindness that you have shown to us, we love your messages, your calls and the 3 bottles of gin that was donated to us from a client who shares our love of all things that mix with tonic, thank you Emergency services for keeping us safe, thank you all those unsung heroes that keep at least a modicum of normality in our lives.
