From April 2nd 2025, cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge, payable by bank transfer on the same day. Unfortunately, I’ve had a few last-minute cancellations and no-shows recently, which, as a small business, has a big impact. It’s always disappointing when an appointment slot goes unused, especially when I have other clients eager to book in.

I completely understand that life happens, and I truly appreciate your understanding and support. This policy helps ensure I can continue doing what I love while keeping things fair for everyone.
