Here’s your little reminder to take extra care in the sun after a massage treatment.

Your skin will still have massage oils on it, which can make you much more sensitive to the sun and increase the risk of burning — even if it doesn’t feel that hot outside! Yes today it definitely is BOILING 🥵

So after your treatment:
🧴 Wash off any remaining oils
☀️ Avoid direct sun where possible
🕶️ Wear SPF and stay protected
