"I can't tell you how much the 'Peaceful Pregnancy' Massage & Reflexology have helped me. I'm past halfway through my pregnancy (with twins 😁) so I need quite a lot of support for my body; so being able to lie on the 'Anna' pillow for support on my front was so needed. I can't remember the last time I felt that comfortable.

I loved having so much choice for my treatments. Their website is so helpful and simple for booking; with great info, choice of fab add ons, you even get to pick your own playlist for each appointment. I've never seen that before, such a great idea!

Both Jax (Massage) and Anna (Reflexology) are so welcoming, kind and easy going. They take you through to their peaceful treatment space and you immediately smell the gorgeous aromatherapy that has benefits for pregnancy.

Then you have a chat about any questions you may have, anything you would like to work on, how you're feeling and if you're comfortable. You feel so held and cared for in a simple way that doesn't feel too intense. It's so easing.

The soothes themselves...wow! Both are just beautiful, unique from each other but equally powerful and so relaxing. I went into a dream land and felt so connected to my babies. It felt like little ones especially seemed to love the Reflexology.

They got rid of pains I've had throughout the pregnancy, at the bottom of my stomach and lower back. I went home from both and actually slept through the night without waking or feeling uncomfortable (I'm so grateful for that!)

I even got a posy of flowers Anna hand picks and prepares for you. The touches these two have put into this are just like nothing else. And I loved the iced Gua Sha stones for your feet and head, and the beautiful oils used.

I can't wait to come back for more. I can't thank these girls enough. Counting down the days til my next one!"

Seems like it's been a while so What's New?

🎉 Well.. last week we turned 1!

It's mad to think we've already been at these Soothe's a year already! We've loved every minute of it.
